CetusMix 1

CetusMix 1:ssä harjoitellaan kilpauinnin, vesipallon sekä taitouinnin lajiharjoitteita, mm. kehonhallintaa vedessä, oikeaa uintiasentoa, pallon hallintaa, sukeltamista sekä opetellaan selkäuintia (selkäkroolia). 

Kurssi sopii lapselle, joka on suorittanut Cetuksen Uimakoulu 3 kurssin. Yhden kurssikerran aikana uidaan joitain satoja metrejä. Opetus järjestetään syvässä altaassa ja ohjaus tapahtuu pääosin altaan reunalta. 

Lähtötasovaatimus: Osallistuakseen kurssille lapsen tulee osata uida vähintään 25 metriä yhtäjaksoisesti vatsallaan ja selällään syvässä altaassa. Kurssin osallistujan tulee osata noudattaa uimahallin sääntöjä ja uimaopettajan ohjeistuksia sekä kyetä toimimaan ryhmässä.

Tavoitteet: Oppia eri uintiurheilulajeille ominaisia taitoja ja liikkeitä. Läpäistäkseen kurssin lapsen tulee osata 10/16 yllä mainituista suorituksista sekä jaksaa uida vähintään 50 metriä yhtäjaksoiseksi. 

Kurssin hintaan sisältyy opetus, kurssilaisen sisäänpääsymaksu uimahalliin, kurssituote sekä tapaturmavakuutus. Avainrannekkeen pukukaappiin saa uimahallin kassalta 15 minuuttia ennen kurssin alkamista. Kokoontuminen tapahtuu kurssin alkaessa uima-altaalla. Vanhempi vastaa lapsestaan kurssin ulkopuolisena aikana.

Lasku tulee maksaa 14 vuorokauden kuluessa tai se siirtyy perintään. Mikäli et halua vastaanottaa kurssipaikkaa, ole yhteydessä sähköpostitse kurssit@cetus.fi. 
 
Kurssin peruminen: Kurssipaikan voi peruttaa ilmoittamalla Cetuksen toimistolle kurssit@cetus.fi osoitteeseen. MyClubissa voi peruttaa vain yhden uintikerran, mikä ei peruuta kurssipaikan varausta. Tarkemmat tiedot peruutuksesta löydät meidän asiakassopimusehdoista. 
 
Kurssia on mahdollista kokeilla kahden peräkkäisen kurssikerran ajan. Mikäli asiakas keskeyttää kurssin tai peruu osallistumisensa, palautamme kurssimaksun vain asiakassopimusehtojen osoittamissa tapauksissa. Peruutuksista muodostuvat kulut maksaa asiakas.

CetusMix 1

In CetusMix1 we practice exercises aimed for Competitive swimming, Water Polo and Synchronized swimming like body control in the water, proper swimming position, ball handling skills, diving and starting the back stroke technique.

The course is suitable for a child that has passed Swim Class 3. During one session the participants swims a few hundred meters in the deep pool where the course is arranged. The instructor is mainly handing out instructions from the side of the pool.

Starting Requirement: To be able to participate the child has to be able to swim 25m continuously on the back and the belly in the deep pool. The participant must follow the swimming pool rules and follow the teachers instructions and be able to work in a group.

Course Goals: Learn skills and movements specific to different swimming sports. In order to pass the course, the child must know 10/16 of the above-mentioned performances and be able to swim at least 50 meters continuously. 
 
The course price includes the teaching, the child’s entrance fee to the swimming hall, course product and an insurance. The key bracelet is given to the course participants 15 minutes before the course starts. You will meet the teacher by the pool at the time the course begins. The parent is always responsible for her/his child outside the course time.

Queue place: When there is an opening in a sold-out course the system will automatically lift the first one from the queue. You will then receive an e-mail of the place. Please notice that the system will send automatically an invoice of the course by e-mail. The invoice has to be paid within 14 days or it will go to the collection agency. If you do not want to accept the place, please be in touch at kurssit@cetus.fi.   
 
Canceling the reservation: The swimming course reservation can be cancelled by e-mail to kurssit@cetus.fi. In MyClub you can only cancel single lessons, not the participating for the course. For more information see our terms and conditions.
 
There is a possibility to try the swimming course for two times in a row. In case the client stops participating in the course, the payment is returned in cases pointed out in our terms and conditions. Cancellation costs are paid by the customer.
